I know Gaggia machines can be tempremental, I had another model before this one and yes, lovely coffee but I was disappointed that I had to send it back for repairs. This model is now with Gaggia being repaired for the fourth time. Enough said.

This is a great product from Gaggia. I have it for almost three years know and it produced over 5300 excellent coffees. Simple and easy to use, you jump from frothy cappuccinos to strong espessos easily due to the two separate boilers. An excellent bean to cup coffee machine and great value for money!!!
